Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

\Ingredients

• 6 cups mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 stick butter, melted
• 5 oz can evaporated milk
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and put into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

• Marshmallows or 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 stick melted butter

Mix together and spread over potatoes. Put back in oven and bake 15 minutes or until topping is melted and golden brown.
